  • 1 quart cool heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. Atkins Sugar-Free Raspberry Syrup
  • 8 scoop Atkins Vanilla Shake mix
  • 12 pkt sugar substitute
  •     Fresh raspberries or possibly strawberries for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except berries) in a large bowl. Gently whisk till well mixed and dry ingredients are dissolved. Continue whisking till hard, but not stiff. (Mix thickens quickly: don't over-whisk).
  2. Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs or possibly overnight. Spoon into dessert bowls and garnish with a few berries.
  3. This recipe yields 8 servings.
