Ingredients
- 1 c. White vinegar
- 1 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/2 c. Water
- 5 c. Tomato juice
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper
Directions
- Combine ingredients. Marinade 4-5 lb beef in mix in shallow pan in refrigerator 3-4 hrs before barbecueing, turning occaisionally to coat meat with marinade. Don't shake off liquid before cooking.
