  1. Slice red potatoes and cook them till almost done. Drain potatoes. Layer potatoes to cover bottom of baking pan. Add in ranch dressing and cheese to this layer.
  2. Continue till all ingredients are layered. Top with cheese and butter. Bake at 325

    Now ranch potatoes are very delicious treat but i find that ranch whipped with potatoes really adds a lot of flavor. my personal opinion is boil the red potatoes until there ready to be made into mash. Then add desired amount of of salt, pepper, garlic power with parsley. whip that together for a even mix then add your ranch and sharp cheddar chesse i ussually put a layer of cheese then whip it in as do i add a layer of ranch as well. once u got it all whipped together your golden. enjoy
