Ingredients
- 2 pkt Chicken Flavor Top Ramen
- 3 c. water
- 1 x egg, beaten
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 c. chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 c. red bell pepper, minced
- 1 c. broccoli florets
- 1 can (8 ounce.) crushed pineapple in syrup
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- Â Â Broccoli and red pepper for garnish.
- 10 x " pie plate, greased
Directions
- Cook noodles in water for 3 min. Drain. Fold in beaten egg. Place half of noodles in bottom of pie plate. Saute/fry chicken in sesame oil 5 min. Add in bell pepper and broccoli florets, saute/fry 3 additional min. Stir in noodle seasoning, pineapple and juice, sugar, vinegar and cornstarch. Cook 3-5 min till thickened. Place chicken mix on noodles in pie plate. Top with remaining noodles. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Garnish with broccoli and red pepper.
