• 1 x Wild rabbit cut up
• 1 med Onion minced
• 2 x Shallots finely minced
• 1 can Stewed tomatoes undrained
• 1/2 c. Red wine
• 1 1/2 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms
• 2 med Carrots sliced
• 2 Tbsp. Brandy
• 2 Tbsp. Snipped fresh parsley
• 1 tsp Dry oregano leaves
• 1 tsp Dry rosemary leaves
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
