Fantastic cookies made with high protein quinoa flour.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cups Quinoa Flour
- 1 C All Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 Cups Sucanat (Sugar Cane Natural)
- 1 Cup Softened Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Package Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Combine flours, salt and baking soda in bowl and set aside
- Combine sucanat, butter and vanilla and beat until creamy.
- Add eggs and beat
- Add dry ingredients and mix well
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheet
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes
