Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F
  2. Arrange the graham crackers in a single layer in an ungreased 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan
  3. Heat the brown sugar and butter to boiling
  4. Boil and stir for 1 minute
  5. Remove from the heat
  6. Stir in the vanilla
  7. Pour over the crackers
  8. Spread evenly
  9. Sprinkle with the pecans
  10. Bake until bubbly, about 8 to 10 minutes
  11. Cool slightly
  12. Cut into bars, 2 1/4 x 1 1/4 inches
