Ingredients
- 1 sm head cabbage, in med. pcs
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 1/2 c. Uncooked rice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 can Tomato soup
- 1Â 1/2 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese, Or possibly
- Â Â Grated Romano cheese
Directions
- Chop cabbage into medium size pcs. Spread in a 9x13" pan. Brown grnd beef and onion. Drain. Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Spoon over cabbage.
- Heat tomato soup with water. Pour over all. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Cover with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 F. Fluff with fork. Can Microwave on High for 20-30 min, covered with plastic wrap.
