Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon, (15 ounce.)
- 1 x Egg
- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. flour or possibly mashed potatoes
- 1Â 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1Â 1/2 c. Crisco
- Â Â Drain salmon and set aside.
Directions
- Add in 2 Tbsp. liquid from salmon into mixing bowl.
- Mix salmon, egg, and onion in salmon liquid.
- Stir in flour and baking pwdr to mix, add in more liquid if needed.
- Make small patties and fry.
