  1. Brown 1 1/2 pound hamburger, drain. Make a layer of diced potatoes, layer of hamburger, and a layer of onion in lightly greased casserole dish. Heat small box of Velveeta cheese (no amount given) with at least 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk and pour over top. Make as many layers as you want. Bake at 350 till potatoes are tender - about 20 min.
