  • 2 - teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 - cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 - teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 - medium unpeeled Yukon gold, russet or red potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 - medium carrots, cut into small pieces (about 1 cup)
  • 2 - tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
