Ingredients

  • 2 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. beer
  • 1 lb grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  •     Croutons

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in crock pot except croutons; cover and cook on HIGH 2 hrs stirring occasionally. Top with croutons before serving.
  2. For variety add in 1 c. steamed fresh broccoli for a broccoli-cheese soup.
