Ingredients
- 1 pkg. banana quick bread
- 1 (16 ounce) can undrained fruit cocktail
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts (or possibly pecans)
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour an 8-inch square or possibly 11x7 inch pan. Put together quick bread, egg, and fruit cocktail till well mixed using a wooden spoon. Pour into cake pan.In a separate bowl put together nuts, chocolate chips and brown sugar; sprinkle on top. Bake 35-45 min or possibly till toothpick comes clean. Serve warm or possibly cool. Delicious with ice cream or possibly whipped cream.
