Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. oats, uncooked, old fashioned
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 T oil
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Put together all dry ingredients. Add in remainder - mix just till dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin cups almost full. Bake 20-22 min or possibly till golden. Serve warm. (Grease bottom of muffin tins or possibly use paper muffin cups.)
