This is one of my favourite Filipino delicacies. There are so many ways how to prepare it. I made this recipe simple, quick and easy
but I never compromise with taste. Try it and you'll make it all over and over again...

You can buy a steamer in the market. Just fill up with water (1 inch deep) the bottom pan. Boil water and simmer in low heat. Place the baking pan on the second pan (perforated). Cover and steam. STEAMER SUBSTITUTE If you don't have a steamer, just fill up with water (1 inch deep) a large pan. Place 3 enamel cups at the bottom of the pan, arranged in triangular form. Boil water and simmer in low flame. Put the baking pan on top of the cups. Cover and steam. You can also place this large pan in a preheated oven for steaming. NOTE: Steaming is the process of cooking food by hot water vapor. The simmering water must not overflow inside the baking pan. There must be enough distance between the simmering water and baking pan.
