  • Makes about 2 cups
  • Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup lowfat sour cream
  • ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • about ¼ cup caramel sauce or to taste
