Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, cold and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup milk, minus 1 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 egg whisked with 1 teaspoon of water for egg wash
  • Pumpkin Pie Filling Ingredients:
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • pinch salt
  • Pecan Pie Filling Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 heaping cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • Glaze Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 – 3/4 teaspoon maple flavoring (to taste)
  • sprinkling of cinnamon (optional)
