Strap yourself in! This may turn out to be a long post, because I have a few recipes that are key components to make this very tasty summer meal. Just editing the photos made me long to have one more taste of this meal that we enjoyed last weekend. My work schedule has me so busy, that I have no choice but to become a "weekend blogger".
