  • 1 1/2 packages. Lorna Doone cookies, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages. vanilla instant pudding

Directions

  1. Make crust with melted butter and cookies and pat into a 13 x 9 inch pan and bake 10 min in 350 degree oven.
  2. Prepare the pudding as directed on package. Use only 2 cups lowfat milk for both pkgs.Beat the prepared pudding and ice cream till thick; pour over prepared crust. Top with Cool Whip or possibly Dream Whip and grate 2 bars of Heath bars on top of the whipped topping and chill. Don't FREEZE!
