This hearty bread gets it deep, rich flavor from molasses.

Full of prunes and cherries, it's also good for you~

This is a must try bread...flavorful and full of fiber.

If you look through my Recipe Box, you'll discover that I love quick breads!

Quick breads are not only "quick" to make but you can pretty much mix together any combination of ingredients and you have a delicious loaf of bread.

For breakfast I often have a slice of bread with my cuppa coffee~

I always have a loaf of some type of quick bread in my freezer at all times....you never know when you'll need a slice of comfort:)

Pour batter into prepared pan

Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted near middle comes out clean

Cool in pan on wire rack, 10 minutes

Turn bread out onto wire rack

Cool completely

Wrap and store overnight at room temperature before slicing.
