1. Let thawed rib roast sit out for ½ hour. Beef needs to be at room temperature.
2. Rub roast with the seasonings.
3. Place on a 1 inch rack. Rib side down. Power level high roast for 15 minutes a pound for rare. 18 minutes medium rare, 20
minutes for medium, 23 minutes for well done.
4. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
