Ingredients

  •     fresh frzn or possibly canned fruit such as:
  • 2 c. sliced peaches divided
  • 2 c. lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh frzn or possibly canned berries
  • 1/4 c. lowfat granola cereal

Directions

  1. Chop 1 1/2 c. of the peaches. Set aside remaining peaches for parfait top.
  2. Prepare the parfait in 4 tall glasses. Layer into each glass: 1/4 c. yogurt, 1/3 c. minced peaches, another 1/4 c. yogurt, then 1/4 c. berries.
  3. Sprinkle each parfait with a Tbsp. of cereal. Top with remaining fruit.
  4. NOTES : Use canned fruit packed in 100 percent fruit juice, liquid removed.
