Ingredients
- 2 pound bag frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream (optional)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 3 c. shredded cheese (Colby and/or mozzarella)
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well and pour into greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hrs or possibly till bubbly.
