- Lowfat milk

- 2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- If old potatoes are not as attractive as you like, peel them and cook in half lowfat milk and half water to cover. Add in salt. They come out new and white. New potatoes too, are creamy and delicious cooked in the lowfat milk and water. 8 servings.
