Ingredients
- 5 lbs. potatoes, peeled
- 1 sm. onion
- 5 large eggs, beaten
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. flour
- Shortening for frying
Directions
- Put potatoes and onion through food chopper. Put together potatoes, onion, large eggs, salt and pepper. Stir in flour. Fry and brown. Be sure potatoes are cooked through. Serve with maple syrup. Serves 6.
