Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (3 3/4 oz) all-purpose flour
- 1.5 oz potato chips, finely crushed (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature and cut into 8 pieces
- 1/4 cup (1 3/4 oz) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (1 oz) confectionersâ sugar
- 1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- coarse sea salt, for sprinkling
