Ingredients
- 2 pound bag frzn hash browns
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or possibly less
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 4-8 ounce. grated cheddar cheese
- Corn flake crumbs
Directions
- Stir together potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, soup, lowfat sour cream and cheese in a greased 9"x13" pan. Pat mix in and top with 2 c. crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
