Directions

  1. Boil potatoes. Then slice and brown in butter with the onion. Coat slightly with Parmesan cheese add in the browned bacon bits. Cook till potatoes are slightly brown. Place in pie shell. Cover with cheese. Whisk remaining ingredients and pour in pie shell. It will probably not all fit. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min to an hour.
