Ingredients
- 1 c. Plus 1 Tbsp.. hot water, about 80 F
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine, cut into 8 pcs
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp White vinegar
- 1/2 c. Hot mashed potatoes
- 3 c. Bread flour
- 2 Tbsp. Nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Snipped fresh chives, or possibly 1 Tbsp. freeze-dry chives
- 1Â 3/4 tsp Active dry yeast
Directions
- For automatic breadmakers (Makes 1-1/2 pound loaf)
- Select Basic or possibly White Bread and regular or possibly medium crust settings. Measure all room temperature ingredients into bread pan in the sequence listed, or possibly as instructed in manual; position pan in automatic breadmaker. Press Start.
- When bread is done, remove immediately; cold on wire rack at least 15 min before slicing.
