Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb boneless beef chuck roast
  • 1 env dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounce.)

Directions

  1. Place roast in the slow cooker. Add in dry onion soup mix; top with undiluted mushroom soup. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
  2. It suggests serving it with mashed potatoes or possibly over cooked noodles. The gravy is certainly delicious for either one of those!
