- 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon flour
- 3 lbs. bottom round rump roast
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 pound carrots
- 1 pound potatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 c. water
Directions
- Flour meat; brown on all sides. Cook about 4 hrs. Add in potatoes and carrots last hour of cooking. Slice meat thin.
