Ingredients

  • 4 pound round bone pot roast
  • 1 (14 ounce.) bottle ketchup
  • 1 (12 ounce.) can beer
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt

Directions

  1. Place meat in Dutch oven. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over roast. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for about 3 hrs till tender.
