Ingredients
- 1 pound minced meat
- 1 egg
- Bread crumbs
- Minced onion
- Salt & pepper
- Oil
- 2 cans beef broth
- 2 cans water
- 1 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 1 1/2 c. wide noodles, uncooked
- 1 sm. bay leaf
Directions
- Mix thoroughly the first 5 ingredients. Shape into 24 meatballs. Cook in fry pan in oil. Add in them plus all remaining ingredients to large pot. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 10 min. Remove bay leaf.
