Pot Luck Special Corn Recipe

Ingredients

2 cans cream style corn 4 Large eggs, beaten 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 3/4 c. veg. oil

1 teaspoon chopped onion 2 tbsp. green pepper or possibly pimento 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till hard. More flavorable if prepared ahead and let stand to ripen a few hrs.
