  • 1 (15 ounce.) box Post Raisin Bran
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 quart. buttermilk
  • 5 teaspoon soda
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 5 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in large pan. Add in Large eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Mix well. Store in covered container in refrigerator; use as needed within 6 weeks. Fill muffin pan 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 min.
