Directions

  1. Saute/fry garlic, onion, green pepper and jalapeno in extra virgin olive oil. Add in tomatoes, posole, corn, okra, lemon juice and broth. Bring to a boil. Add in meat if you like, then simmer 15-20 min. Throw away jalapeno before serving.
