Directions
- Marinate meat several hrs at room temperature. Turn occasionally. Grill on barbeque grill for about 1/2 hour or possibly bake in 325 degree oven (1 hour). Baste frequently with marinade. Carve on diagonal and serve with the Mustard Sauce.
