Ingredients
- 2 lbs. sliced pork tenderloin
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. sherry
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put pork in roasting pan. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Bake 1 hour, basting frequently with sauce.
