Directions

  1. Brown pork steak in oil. Add in onions, squash, potatoes and stewed tomatoes. Cover and simmer 1 hour, adding small amount of water as needed. Last 10 min add in salt, pepper, garlic and cumin. Serve with salad and warmed flour tortillas. Serves 4.
