Ingredients

  • 2 lb Pork steak, cubed
  • 2 c. Dry cleery
  • 2 c. Dry onions
  • 2 can Cream of mushroom soup
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkt (large) wide noodles

Directions

  1. Brown meat and add in celery and onions. Saute/fry till almost tender. Add in soup and salt and pepper. Boil noodles 5 min in salt water. Drain and mix with mix. Pour into large pan. May add in lowfat milk if desired more moist. Top with Velveeta cheese slices and crushed potatoe chips. Bake at 35 degrees for 2 hrs.
