Directions

  1. In oil, saute/fry onion and then remove onion from pan.
  2. In same oil, brown ribs well on all sides - about 15-20 min.
  3. Add in sauteed onion.
  4. Mix vinegar, brown sugar, catsup, water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, celery and salt.
  5. Pour on top of ribs.
  6. Simmer, covered, turning occasionally for 1 1/2-2 hrs.
