Pork Sausage with Cabbage and Potatoes Recipe

Use a good pork sausage for best results. I also like it with a good Smoked Sausage. After the sausage is browned in a large electric frying pan, I add the veggies and cook until the potatoes are done. Love it with horseradish on the side. Very easy.

Directions

  1. Cook cabbage and potatoes in water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Brown sausages in large skillet and pour off grease.
  3. Cover sausages with a layer of potatoes and then cabbage.
  4. Salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes. Serve.
