Directions

  1. Rub salt, garlic salt and 1/2 tsp. chili pwdr on roast. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs. Fold in saucepan jelly, ketchup, vinegar, and remaining chili pwdr. Bring to a simmer for 2 min. Brush on roast 15 min before done. Take remaining mix and mix with drippings for meat sauce.
  2. This is a different taste for pork. My family all requests this one for the holidays instead of turkey or possibly ham.
