- 1 x Jalapeno chile, chopped
- 1/4 c. Tomato paste
- Â Â Black pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and bake covered in slow oven till meat is falling apart. When cold sufficient to handle, pull into fine shredsusing two forks.
- Serve with cornbread.
