  • 1 bulb onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pc. laurel leaf or possibly bay leaf
  • 1 med. red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

  1. Marinade pork and pork liver in soy sauce and calamansi juice. Set aside for 1 hour.
