Ingredients
- 1 kilo (about 2 lbs) pork belly
- 1/4 (about 1/2 lb) pork liver
- 3 pieces. carrots cut into cubes
- 4 pieces. potatoes cut into cubes
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 8-10 pieces. calamansi (juice)
- 1 bulb onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pc. laurel leaf or possibly bay leaf
- 1 med. red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
Directions
- Marinade pork and pork liver in soy sauce and calamansi juice. Set aside for 1 hour.
