Super-simple, super-tasty, cheap pork fried rice!
Ingredients
- 2.5T Soy sauce
- 1 Pork chop
- 1T Oil
- 2T Red wine
- 1/3c Water
- 2T Butter
- 1/2 Medium onion, diced
- 3/4c Rice
- 2T Green pepper, diced
- 1.5c Chicken broth
- 1can Water chestnuts
- 1can mushrooms
- 1-2 Eggs
Directions
- Slice pork thin and brown in 1T oil.
- Add 1.5T soy sauce, wine, and water. Cover and simmer for 20min
- Fry rice, onion, and pepper in butter until rice is golden and onions clear.
- Add broth, water chestnuts, mushrooms, 1T soy sauce, and cooked pork. Cover and cook 15min
- Stir in eggs, beaten.
