Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs pork feet.
- 1 lb. red beans.
- 3 tbs. tomato paste.
- 1 red onion.
- 1 green cubanela pepper
- 1 tbs. garlic paste.
- 1 garlic head.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
- Put the pork feet, read beans, the onion, cubanela pepper and the garlic head in a pressure cooker for 25 minutes.
- Turn off and let it cool. Open and continue cooking, add tomato paste and garlic paste and correct salt and pepper.
- Enjoy!
