Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Minced onions
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 3/4 c. Water
- 3/4 c. Ketchup
- Â Â Salt and pepper
- 6 x Pork chops
Directions
- Cook onions in oil till lightly brown. Add in other ingredients. Cover and simmer about 20 min. Put pork chops in crock pot and cook 8-10 hrs with sauce. Serve warm.
- Notes: What I do is mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl place a little on the bottom of the crock pot add in a few chops sprinkle with some of the onions then another layer of the sauce, rest of chops, onions and top with remainder of sauce. I do not bother cooking the onions in oil either. Find it a waste of time. And I omit the oil.
