  1. Put pork chops in a deep frying pan. Pour tomatoes over the top. Cut up onion over tomatoes. Salt and pepper as desired. Turn on medium heat and cover. Cook for 45 min to 1 hour. Serve tomatoes over rice. Serves 4.
