Super easy one dish meal

Ingredients

  • 4 center cut pork chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 can water

Directions

  1. Place pork chops in bottom of 13 x 9 inch casserole dish.
  2. Pour rice in between chops.
  3. Stir together soup and water and pour on top.
  4. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 min or until liquid is absorbed by rice and pork chops are cooked.
